Project Coordinator; Security Clearance

Position: Project Coordinator (5681) with Security Clearance
Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support acquisition planning, documentation, and program management activities in Orlando Florida.

Position Responsibilities:

* Review, revise, and maintain program and acquisition documentation to support system and service procurements
* Assist in developing acquisition strategies, plans, and supporting materials
* Conduct market research and analyze industry responses to RFIs and RFPs
* Review and assess responses to requests for information and proposals
* Support the development and refinement of requirements documentation
* Evaluate technical, management, and cost-related materials in accordance with established criteria
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in documentation and recommend updates
* Assist with preparation of key program documents, including statements of work, specifications, plans, and summaries
* Support budgeting and planning activities through analysis of estimates and scope of work
* Maintain organized documentation libraries and ensure records are current and accessible
* Provide coordination and administrative support for team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, and tracking action items
* Document meeting outcomes and distribute notes, updates, and materials to stakeholders
* Support workflow development, document control, and configuration management processes
* Perform additional related duties as assigned

Position Requirements :
* U.S. Citizenship is required
* Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
* Must be able to pass Agency background check
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
