Compensation: $16.00/hr

REPORTS TO:

Director of Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

* Uphold truth and integrity.

* Maintain the company's image for success.

* Ensure accurate and efficient processing of benefit documents.

* Respond to team member requests promptly and communicate benefit options clearly.

* Notify eligible team members and approve benefit elections; process benefit changes/additions accurately.

* Handle team member information for lost coverage.

* Administer FMLA program.

* Assist in Making a Difference (MAD) Program.

Qualifications:

* Previous benefits administration experience preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
