** THE WORK*
* As a Subcontract Administrator for the F 35 Sustainment subcontract management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the global Product Support Provider network  PSPn   Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing procurement support for F 35 Sustainment

- Implementing and managing both CONUS  Continental United States  and OCONUS  Outside Continental United States  sustainment contracts

- Developing subcontract specifications and statements of work

- Negotiating and enforcing terms and conditions

- Preparing bid packages and administering repair and return contracts

- Evaluating subcontractor proposals and issuing authorized awards/subcontracts

Travel may be required, approximately 10 20% of the time, depending on the lifecycle of current contracts

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* -  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education

-  Experience administering subcontracts, purchase orders, supplier agreements, or procurement activities in a commercial, aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment

-  Experience developing statements of work  SOWs , reviewing supplier proposals, and supporting contract negotiations

-  Experience managing supplier performance, contract execution, and issue resolution throughout the procurement lifecycle

-  Experience working with cross functional teams including Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance

-  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite  Excel, Word, Power Point

Skills:

* - Experience working with and managing supplier relationships

- Maintain customer/supplier relationships

- Experience working repairs/calibrations and or F 35 maintainer experience

- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools

- Negotiation and technical experience, related to product and supply chain

- Experience working in Procure to Pay  P2P

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $80,400    $139,380  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
