Proposal Analyst Sr​/Lvl​/Orlando, FL

You will be the Proposal Analyst Sr for the MDMS estimating team. Our team is responsible for development of proposals from pre‑RFP through contract award for the Multi‑Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) program.

As the Proposal Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving exceptional proposal development and pricing strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver winning proposals.

• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals per RFP specifications.
• Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments.
• Research and analyze historical data to develop cost models supporting proposal efforts.
• Participate in business strategy and proposal kick‑off briefings.
• Prepare and present Executive Proposal Panels (EPP) reviews.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the selected candidate to possess the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business‑related Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3+ years of professional experience and may have post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Experience in Estimating or other Finance related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience with Estimating, Pricing, Finance and other Business Operations functions.
• Comprehensive written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to F&B Leadership.

  LMX tools (i.e. S4, Pro Pricer, BOEPro).
• Experience with MFC Estimating Systems and development of prime proposals / MFC proposal processes, including previous fact‑finding/negotiation experience at the prime contract level; experience with MFC TINA process / requirements and Certification requirements at the prime contract level in an Estimating role.
