You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the ADSW Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for delivering high quality products on schedule through seamless supplier collaboration. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead subcontractor selection and qualification processes.
* Manage contract negotiations and amendments.
* Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and compliance.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure schedule adherence.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of acquisition policies
- Supplier management experience
- Secret Clearance
- Must be available to work on-site more than two days per week Desired

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
