We are seeking a senior procurement leader to build and lead our Strategic Sourcing approach for Third‑Party Manufacturing (3PLs) across the Americas
. This is a highly visible role with a mandate to transform how we partner with external service providers—shifting from transactional contracting to long‑term, value‑creating partnerships
.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening operational resilience, improving cost and performance outcomes, and supporting sustainable growth across North and Latin America.

Direct Reports: 2

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for 3PL and outsourced service providers across the Americas
• Build collaborative, long‑term supplier partnerships focused on cost, quality, productivity, and service performance
• Reduce supplier concentration risk by identifying and onboarding new partners
• Establish governance models, KPIs, and performance management frameworks
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Sustainability teams
• Lead and develop a small, geographically distributed sourcing team

• Strong, trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Improved contract structures that enable flexibility, resilience, and value creation
• Clear visibility and control of supplier performance across regions
• A sourcing model that supports growth while reducing operational and financial risk

• Senior‑level experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management
• Demonstrated success negotiating outsourced industrial, manufacturing, or other 3PL services
• Experience operating in complex, multi‑country environments
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder influence in a 3rd party co manufacturing (not logistics 3PL)
• Ability to lead through change and operate effectively in ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or procurement certification preferred

Base pay range is $163,000- $225,000 annually

Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
