As a key leader in Vax Care’s “Triple Aim” effort, you will manage the Hardware Logistics Team within the Customer Care Group. Your responsibilities include building and executing all logistics functions related to ordering, storing, shipping, and tracking Vax Care hardware hubs.
Essential Responsibilities- Develop and manage a high‑performing team, ensuring consistent alignment with Vax Care’s Core Values and meeting quality, productivity, and effectiveness goals.
- Build and execute logistics functions for hardware, including ordering, storing, shipping, decommissioning, inventory level and team performance reporting, and maintaining appropriate supply levels.
- Oversee hub inventory: forecasting needs, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, tracking hub locations, and ensuring accurate records in Salesforce.
- Handle hub order processing & fulfillment: receive and process hub requests, order hubs, set up and test hubs, monitor shipments, and guarantee on‑time delivery and functionality.
- Manage hub return process: ensure timely returns and correct application of charges for late or missing hubs.
- Lead the Hardware Agent teams: set clear expectations, provide direction, develop product knowledge, and foster a positive work environment.
- Act as the hardware SME, developing the organization, building a skilled team, identifying required resources, and driving engagement.
- Grow and develop team members: assess strengths and improvement areas, provide feedback and coaching, and create learning opportunities.
- Manage performance: set goals, conduct evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and address performance issues.
- Allocate resources and manage workflow: distribute budget, time, queues, and manpower to ensure efficient completion of tasks and achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with broader organization teams (Product, Hub, Sales, Customer Care, Creative, Onboarding, RCM, Inventory, etc.) to meet partner needs and create a cohesive partner experience.
- Prior logistics experience with a technology‑related customer support background.
- Strong history of managing teams that reach performance targets in complex, challenging environments.
