Product Manager; W2

Duration: 2 Year Contract (W2 Only)

Schedule/Commute: hybrid; 3 days in office

We’re currently seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our Disney Vacation Club product team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of Marketing initiatives for our website.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in Content Management, Product Delivery, and ideating on technical solutions and processes to streamline delivery.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with CMS publication (Content Management System).
• Experience working closely with technology, project management, business, legal, design and user experience teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence people over whom you do not have direct authority.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to lead stakeholder requirements sessions.
• Highly professional, organized, inquisitive, and extremely detail-oriented.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
• Experience handling multiple high-priority, high-visibility work streams simultaneously and ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to tweak and fine-tune documentation and processes as business needs evolve, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to jump in and help with any task, no matter how small.
• Experience identifying, defining, and/or addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
• Experience with Agile software development methodology and all phases of software development life cycle.
