JOB SUMMARY

The Global Program Manager – Revenue Science will lead the program management of Revenue Science across Admissions, Express, F&B, Merchandise, and Premium products across UDX. Specifically, the role is responsible for project management and business transformation in collaboration with key stakeholders across UDX.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Lead the project management activities related to Revenue Science on time and within budget by developing project plans, conducting meetings, tracking action items, capturing meeting notes and decisions, communicating with stakeholders, cross‑pollinating best practices, and collaborating on decisions.
  • Assist with the development of roadmaps inclusive of projected revenue lift, milestones, strategies, and Cap Ex & OpEx by collaborating with the leadership teams and Finance.
PRICING TRANSFORMATION
  • Lead the business transformation related to Revenue Science by collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting impact analyses, developing and implementing a change management plan.
  • Collaborate with Transformation office and external vendors in supporting the initiative owners on Pricing on an ongoing basis.
EXECUTIVE UPDATES AND COMMUNICATION
  • Develop and deliver executive‑level PowerPoint presentations on an ongoing basis showcasing program updates, test results, and revenue impact – Plan vs. Actuals.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Management Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of combined experience in project/program management and business transformation, implementing complex analytical systems, preferably in pricing and revenue management.
  • Experience in communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
