Position: Project Coordinator III (Master Scheduler)

Responsibilities

The selected individual will utilize Microsoft Project to facilitate and execute Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development programs in accordance with applicable government acquisition policy and regulations. Developed IMP and IMS will have the built‑in capability to roll up the data to support reportable information to multiple levels of management.

The selected individual will maintain IMS on a continuous basis by incorporating status updates from multiple programs and their stakeholders for the purpose of tracking current program status and forecasting future schedule performance.

The selected individual will analyze, synthesize, and translate the data for leadership at all levels for the purpose of:

identifying actual progress against planned progress,

identifying short‑term and long‑term impacts based on actual or potential changes to program key indicators including, but not limited to, cost, schedule, and performance risks,

identifying root causes to program delays and forecasting trends,

drawing parallels between programs and overarching organizational trends.

Standard schedule analysis methodologies (e.g., critical path analysis, variance analysis, Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA), Monte Carlo) shall be employed.

The selected individual will, weekly, deliver a summary of the work output and other data to organizational leadership in a clear, concise, and cohesive presentation format. The selected individual will identify recommended improvements to the overall IMP/IMS process across the organization to facilitate process improvement.

Qualifications

The selected candidate must possess or be able to attain a DoD clearance.
