Job Title: Manager, Data Product Management
At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world‑class immersive and digital experiences for Disney’s vacation brands, parks, resorts, cruise line, and other attractions. We develop end‑to‑end digital and physical guest experiences across Attractions, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as initiatives such as the My Disney Experience app and Hey, Disney!
What You’ll Do- Lead a high‑performing team of five product managers, providing coaching, leadership, and performance management.
- Define intake strategy, expectations, and priorities by translating organizational goals into well‑defined outcomes and a transparent, value‑based prioritization framework.
- Partner with senior business and DPP stakeholders to capture demand, establish business value, and align on priorities before work moves to delivery teams.
- Drive the product vision and operating model for demand intake—covering the PDLC and the Disney‑built intake application—and ensure alignment on priorities and plans across business and delivery teams.
- Inspire individual and business success by tackling complex challenges with an open mindset, creativity, and agility.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and recognition, acknowledging different working styles and unique perspectives.

- Minimum 8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience with scaled agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and product portfolio management.
- Proficiency in demand intake, prioritization, and requirements definition within product‑led operating models.
- Strong ability to write product requirement documents (PRDs).
- Experience in data platforms and strategy development.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven influence and ability to achieve actionable results through others, including senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, AI‑assisted development tools, and modern cloud‑based data platform architectures (e.g., ingestion patterns, medallion architecture).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and business users.
- Experience working with remote repositories such as Git Hub and Git Lab.
- Experience applying product management principles to data products.
- Experience planning and delivering large‑scale data or platform initiatives, ideally within a demand‑intake or governance function, with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or a comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
CompensationThe hiring range for this position in Florida is $–$ per year. The base pay may vary based on internal equity and candidate qualifications. Compensation may also include a bonus or long‑term incentive units and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
