Business Administrator

Join our Offshore Construction team as a Business Administrator, where you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. In this fast-paced, safety-driven environment, you will ensure smooth administrative operations by coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, supporting critical PPE and workwear compliance, and assisting with purchase orders and invoice processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to offshore construction activities while supporting the global transition to sustainable energy.

• You will support with administrative tasks of an assigned business organization.
• You will support onboarding and offboarding of employees within your organization.
• You will support with local procedures related to PPE and working clothes.
• You will support with PO creation and invoice approval.
• You will support with various ad-hoc tasks.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a bigger organization.
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues.
• Eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
