We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of connected operational products. This role will initially focus on a high‑profile IoT‑enabled modernization initiative involving smart waste management technology and custodial operations, with future opportunities to expand into enterprise data products and asset tracking solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience launching complex technology products, and the ability to work across engineering, business, design, and operational stakeholders. Experience with IoT platforms, sensor‑enabled products, mobile applications, and data‑driven decision‑making is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product delivery for a large‑scale IoT‑enabled smart waste management program.
- Drive onboarding of connected devices into the company’s connected products ecosystem.
- Define and deliver solutions that ingest, transform, and operationalize data generated from smart devices.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate smart device telemetry into enterprise platforms.
- Develop automated task management workflows that improve custodial operations and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational business stakeholders to modernize field workflows through mobile applications and automation.
- Own product roadmap creation and prioritization.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear product specifications.
- Define product success metrics and KPIs.
- Manage stakeholders across business, engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Support MVP launches and guide products through full lifecycle delivery.
- Identify opportunities to leverage operational and sensor‑generated data.
- Partner with internal teams to uncover business value from enterprise data platforms.
- Support data exploration, analysis, and product development activities.
- Help stakeholders understand and operationalize insights from connected systems.
- Support development of enterprise asset tracking strategies and solutions.
- Evaluate opportunities involving sensors, location services, computer vision, and operational technology platforms.
- Build business cases and product strategies for emerging connected operations capabilities.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering and launching complex technology products.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Strong requirements gathering and user story development experience.
- Experience working in highly cross‑functional environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Proficiency with Agile product management practices.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Product management experience supporting IoT‑enabled products.
- Experience with sensor networks, connected devices, or operational technology platforms.
- Mobile application product management experience.
- Experience working with large‑scale enterprise data ecosystems.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis and write SQL queries.
- Experience building products that leverage operational, behavioral, or sensor‑generated data.
- Experience with asset tracking, location‑aware solutions, inventory systems, or smart infrastructure products.
- Experience delivering products supporting field operations, logistics, facilities, or operational workflows.
- The strongest candidates will bring proven product delivery experience with complex technology solutions and product launches.
- IoT and sensor ecosystem experience, including connected devices, telemetry, or operational technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and data skills, including experience leveraging data to drive product decisions and business outcomes.
