Role SummaryContracts Administrator supporting the F‑35 Training and Logistics Market Segment. Responsible for proposal preparation, negotiation, contract administration, and compliance across multiple functions.
Responsibilities- Provide contracts administration support, reviewing requirements and assessing contract change impacts.
- Lead and coordinate preparation of proposals in response to solicitations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure proper contract fulfillment through diligent administration.
- Advise leadership and program management on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Maintain effective customer contact activities and serve as the company’s authorized representative.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 or more years of experience.
- Contract life cycle experience, including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout.
- Experience developing, negotiating, and executing contracts.
- Basic working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
- Experience supporting audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies.
- Experience with USG cost estimating and finance analysis.
- Knowledge of various contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FFP, FPIF, T&M, OTA).
- Independent, task‑oriented work style with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of stakeholders.
- Basic working understanding and application of government contracting principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude within teams.
