Job Description: Generates and distributes regular and ad‑hoc reports for leadership and the philanthropy team to set goals, manage prospects, build portfolios, and support a metrics‑driven fundraising strategy. Tracks, maintains, monitors, and reports on donor qualification and retention, prospect meetings, solicitations, and other reporting metrics. Works with the philanthropy team to regularly review prospect portfolios with the goal of refining and tracking movement toward major gifts.
Implements requests for assigning, redistributing, or removing prospect assignments from gift officers and foundation leadership. Facilitates prospect development and assignments by ensuring portfolios have a balanced distribution of prospects. Manages a balanced and viable pipeline of prospects in conjunction with the Prospect Research Specialist and Director of Donor Systems & Analytics. Supports the effective implementation of portfolio management processes through the creation and maintenance of an effective donor data platform and tools.
Develops and maintains regularly accessed dashboards in PowerBI. Stays informed about industry best practices in fundraising analytics, donor segmentation, and prospect research. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to address data‑related issues and improve processes. Provides actionable performance insights to enhance fundraising strategy. Transforms complex donor data into understandable and consumable strategic insights and recommendations. Other duties as assigned.
- Microsoft PowerBI
- Blackbaud software products (RENXT, Blackbaud CRM) or similar donor database systems
- Knowledge of prospect relationship management methodologies [Preferred]
- Knowledge of fundraising reporting and standard metrics [Preferred]
- Knowledge of database management principles [Preferred]
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other programs within the Microsoft product suite [Preferred]
- Bachelor's in data analytics, business, nonprofit management, or related field. [Required]
- Master's in data analytics, business, nonprofit management or related field. [Preferred]
- 3+ years’ experience working in a non‑profit setting [Required]
Certifications:
- Blackbaud Certified in Raiser's Edge - Professional (bCRE-Pro) [Required]
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Power BI (MCBI) [Preferred]
Physical Requirements -
Pay Range:$45,196.93 - $84,071.39
