Compensation Range: $40.00 - 46.94 per hour

Location:

Orlando, Florida

• Drive cross‑functional project execution and Jira roadmap maintenance across multiple technical work streams to ensure mission‑critical milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
• Manage end‑to‑end financial tracking, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis to mitigate budgetary risks and safeguard total project financial health.
• Facilitate seamless communication and strategic alignment among business stakeholders, technology partners, and executive leadership to foster a collaborative, high‑performing project ecosystem.
• Proactively mitigate operational risks, system bottlenecks, and cross‑functional dependencies to protect project scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of enterprise‑level project coordination experience supporting complex corporate initiatives or large‑scale technology implementations.
• Must‑Have Tech/Specialized Expertise:
  Advanced proficiency utilizing Jira and Smartsheet for project tracking alongside Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for sophisticated data management.
• Proven Track Record/Business Impact:
  Demonstrated success managing project financial life cycles, including purchase orders, capital/expense budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑million‑dollar variance reconciliation.
• Education/Soft Skills/Tools:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, combined with an autonomous ownership mindset and exceptional communication skills to brief senior stakeholders.
