Sub​/Procurement Analyst-Level-; Hybrid-Orlando, FL

We are seeking a Subcontract/Procurement Analyst to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will be managing the end-to-end government subcontract procurement process, including preparing RFQs/RFPs, negotiating terms and pricing, administering subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and SAP S/4

HANA requirements in support of development, production, and sustainment programs.

This is a 6-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, and this is a Hybrid role in Orlando FL.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Compensation: $50-56.01/hr

• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

• Must be a U.S Citizen
• 6+ Years of experience as a Subcontract Administrator
• Mush have 4+ years of experience with the following
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
• Govt Procurement
• Purchasing
• FAR/DFAR
• S4/Hanna/SAP
• Prime Contract
• Negotiations
• Terms and conditions
• Price Analysis techniques
• RFQ/RFP
• Drawings
• NDA
• Payment terms
• 1 year of Conus and Oconus experience is required.
• Bachelor s degree
