Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant
Responsibilities- Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification.
- 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
- Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Functional human resources experience.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training.
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (plus).
- Expected travel +/-20% depending on project.
Location:
Remote – United States
Compensation Range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year
Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Medical, dental, vision, and short‑/long‑term disability benefits are provided. Additional voluntary benefits include an HSA and FSA for healthcare, dependent child‑care, and commuting expenses.
