A Senior Training Manager in the Banking Operations department plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent landscape. The position combines leadership, instructional expertise, business acumen, and robust project‑management capabilities to create a culture of continuous learning that aligns with our business objectives.

We believe in the importance of in‑office collaboration and intend for the selected candidate to work on site in the specified location(s).

• 3+ years of experience applying adult‑learning principles and overseeing the design and development of engaging learning experiences, including knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM and modalities like e‑learning, instructor‑led training, and blended learning.
• Familiarity with project‑management frameworks such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, and the ability to select the most appropriate methodology for L&D projects; PMP certification is highly valued.
• Establishing clear communication channels with project teams and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and creating comprehensive reports to track project performance against key milestones and objectives.
• Advanced technical skills including MS Office and Learning Management Systems such as Articulate, Workday Learning, and SharePoint.
• Defining clear project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for L&D initiatives, including detailed project plans and stakeholder alignment from the outset.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to protect project timelines and outcomes, requiring proactive thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional content design, curriculum development, measurement, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills, with the ability to prioritize, sequence, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on root/cause analysis and process‑improvement application.
• Developing and implementing coaching and mentoring programs to foster individual and team growth. A senior L&D manager should also possess strong personal coaching skills to guide and develop their own team and other leaders within the organization.
• Acting as an internal consultant to diagnose performance problems and recommend appropriate learning and non‑learning solutions to improve individual and organizational performance.

• Extensive experience delivering training on processes supported within the brokerage/financial services industry.
• Ability to effectively facilitate training sessions and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, from new hires to senior executives, creating an inclusive and interactive learning environment. Minimum 3+ years’ experience.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools and AI tools and agents, such as Power Automate/Power Apps, Microsoft Planner, Copilot, etc.
