This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

- Creation, management, and control of all Lunar Operations executive level Memos
- Establish and maintain document control processes, systems, databases, and filing structures for all Lunar Operations documentation
- Ensure all documents meet company standards, formatting requirements, and revision control procedures
- Review, audit, and approve documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to release
- Coordinate with associated stakeholders to track document status, revisions, and approval workflows
- Train and support team members on documentation standards, tools, and best practices
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in document control, technical writing, or records management within the aerospace industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other document management systems (Windchill, SAP, Confluence, etc.)
- Project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management system standards
- Prior experience supporting NASA or government contract documentation requirements
