Job Title
Primary Job Role
Train, coach, manage and mentor Rental/Sales Coordinators on policies and procedures, phone sales techniques and product knowledge.
Assists in coaching Rental/Sales Coordinators on rental calls; asking for the deal, closing the rental deal, follow up with the customer and any opportunity to bring in additional business.
Conducts & review monthly audits for adherence to policies and procedures with Rental/ Sales Coordinators and provide necessary training.
Assists Rental/Sales Coordinators, account managers and administrative staff with customer disputes, damages and any other functions needing management direction.
To perform regular evaluations of Rental/Sales Coordinators progress and performance.
Ensures rental counters have adequate personnel coverage; including travel to the branches to assist with phone calls.
Assists the Company in any necessary duties to achieve Company goals. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must be willing to travel and regular overnight stays out of town.
