Administrative Assistant
Location - Orlando, FL | Onsite
Pay - $18 to an hour

We are seeking a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant for our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

• Support appraisal workflow and perform limited reviews of residential appraisals.
• Communicate with appraisers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting through computer systems.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of general work experience (hospitality or scheduling a plus).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with email, Word, Excel; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Encompass, Valu Trac).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work overtime when needed.
