International Order Manager works independently in advanced areas of work to assist Open Market, LTP, O&M Project Management and Siemens Energy regional entities with inquiries and purchase orders. Will display a high level of critical thinking while bringing successful resolution to high‑impact, complex, multi‑functional problems. Focuses on administering internal and external customers primarily from Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Dominican Republic, and others.

- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support and coordinate activities related to quotations, ordering, logistics, production/manufacturing for products/spare parts, repair services, and solutions processed via SAP PD2.
- Manage orders for components/spare parts for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators and Balance of Plant (Aux) and attend to RFQ with total order oversight in collaboration with various back‑office support groups.
- Support Siemens Energy RLA Central sales and regional offices, including Siemens Energy In‑country entity offices.
- Interface with factory and Product Marketing groups to resolve complex configurations and technical changes.
- Manage financial risks and impacts associated with quote and order activities when resolving international logistics requirements (delivery incoterms, import/export compliance, duty minimizing programs, banking documents, etc.) with a solid understanding of international transportation and logistics requirements and processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
- 5 or more years of experience in international Sales and Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, Project Management, or another technical field.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese preferred and familiarity with Latin America customs import and export regulations.
- Experience with SAP PD2, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and an innovative, process‑improvement mindset. Automation skills, Power BI, Tableau and programming skills is a plus. Proficient in business, financial, operational and supply chain processes with a solid understanding of engineering drawings and other technical documents like contract language.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization. 10% traveling.
