Job Description Essential Job Functions
- Preparation of paperwork, data entry to book invoice
- Print, copy, sort, and scan document
- Track incoming shipments and update receiving calendar
- Verify invoice with PO and adjust PO accordingly.
- Print/prepare price tags for incoming merchandise
- Assist inventory quantity check
- Assist making new item file and PO
- Assist preparation and receiving Domestic/Import shipments
- Assist procurement of the merchandises
- Search for the trend and new merchandise
- Assist preparation and perform annual inventory
- Works as part of a team to accomplish tasks as needed and directed
- Continuous improvement by evaluation processes and improves operational quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Follow company policies and handbook
- Perform other duties as required
