Ready to take the lead at one of Orlando’s most iconic attractions? As an Attraction Lead at the Orlando Eye, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, smooth, and unforgettable guest experiences every single day.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll spend most of your time as Supervisor on Duty, guiding daily ride operations, supporting your team, and ensuring exceptional safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications & Experience What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as Supervisor on Duty, overseeing ride and attraction operations
  • Facilitate opening & closing procedures for the attraction
  • Lead and participate in daily power huddles & team briefings
  • Make real-time operational decisions to support the day’s business needs
  • Manage scheduled labor & team deployment
  • Coordinate ride downtimes with Engineering teams
  • Motivate the team through KPI goals and performance targets
  • Coach, train, and develop team members for growth and success
  • Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face guest interactions and service
  • Uphold the highest safety and compliance standards
Who You Are
  • Passionate about theme parks and attractions
  • Experienced in ride operations and/or team leadership
  • A natural motivator who enjoys coaching and developing others
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment
  • Guest‑focused, positive, and energized by creating memorable experiences
  • Forward‑thinking and adaptable to change
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of rides or theme park attractions experience
  • 1 year of training or leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
