As a Team Lead, Employer Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employer onboarding and implementation experiences while helping to shape the success of both our clients and teammates. By combining hands‑on expertise with leadership and coaching, you’ll drive operational excellence, strengthen team capabilities, and help employers confidently navigate every stage of their benefits administration journey.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of Employer Implementation Analysts by serving as a trusted player/coach, sharing expertise, championing best practices, and helping colleagues thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Shape successful employer implementations by guiding complex onboarding, renewals, plan changes, funding, eligibility, and configuration activities that create seamless client experiences.
- Partner across Operations, Employer Services, Product, Technology, and leadership teams to solve challenges, remove obstacles, and drive impactful outcomes for employers and participants alike.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex operational, configuration, data, and file exchange issues, leading root‑cause analysis and delivering lasting solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, uncovering process enhancements, and implementing scalable solutions that elevate the employer experience and strengthen team performance.
- Build the future of the team by creating knowledge‑sharing resources, mentoring peers, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Abilities:
Strong leadership, coaching, problem‑solving, decision‑making, collaboration, adaptability, organization, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, guide peers, interpret business requirements, and drive high‑quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in employer implementations, benefits administration, operations, client service, configuration, or a related healthcare or financial services environment. Experience supporting employer groups, benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, funding, renewals, plan changes, operational workflows, and complex issue resolution in cross‑functional environments. - Education:
Relevant professional experience combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and related collaboration or project‑tracking tools. - Location:
25% Hybrid in Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI

Position Compensation Range: $53,000.00 – $90,400.00
The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations:
Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
