We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to support key transformation initiatives within a Finance organization. This role plays a critical part in driving alignment, transparency, and execution across strategic work streams through project coordination, stakeholder management, analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Pay Range - $50-55/HR ON W2
- Serve as the day-to-day analytical and coordination support for assigned work streams, maintaining project trackers, timelines, and documentation.
- Prepare status updates, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize inputs from stakeholder meetings and working sessions.
- Maintain records of decisions, action items, risks, and open issues while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, logistics, and materials for workstream and stakeholder discussions.
- Monitor progress against plans and proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies.
- Handle sensitive organizational information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Maintain secure and organized records, ensuring appropriate access to workstream materials.
- 2–4 years of experience in project/program coordination, financial planning, business analysis, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing concurrent work streams and multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or equivalent platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize status updates and key findings for senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives, PMO functions, or large-scale change programs.
- Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or internal consulting environment.
