Job Description:Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis. Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross‑functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design. Conduct workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Execute change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions. Facilitate and identify resistance to change and develop strategies to address it.
Integrate organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation. Other duties as assigned.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting large‑scale initiatives; M&A experience preferred.
