Job Specifications:

The Special Projects Specialist Project Coordinator – Special Project develops and implements one or more specific projects.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• High energy and flexibility to manage diverse responsibilities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to develop/implement project(s) with limited supervision.

• Team Leadership:
  Has experience effectively working in a team environment, encouraging, and supporting others and managing conflict.

  Has experience making decisions in a timely manner and in the face of ambiguity. Considers consequences of decisions, willingly stands by difficult decisions, and communicates about decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute written Project Plan for project(s)
• Track required outcome/output/metrics and submit monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned
