- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Record detailed and accurate account notes and updates
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide requested information
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals to earn an incentivized bonus
- Adhere to consumer protection laws and FHC policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality; reliable transportation is necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service and cash collections (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in collections, financial services, call centers, banking, sales, or administrative roles preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

- Federal and State contractor call/contact center along with Account Receivable Management
- Role does not support remote work
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
