Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL
. This is an Onsite (Direct Hire) position.
$100,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:- Expertise in FAR/DFARS, contract lifecycle, and government contracting practices
- Full contract lifecycle management experience, including modifications, compliance, and negotiations
- Strong background in proposal support and risk mitigation
- Ability to interpret FAR/DFARS and advise on contract terms and legal compliance
- Extensive stakeholder management and independent decision-making skills
- Manage contracts from inception to completion, including administration and modifications
- Ensure contract compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations
- Review and interpret contractual obligations and requirements
- Support proposal development and submission for RFQs and RFPs
- Negotiate contract terms and modifications with stakeholders
- Maintain contract files and databases accurately
- Provide advice and guidance to program managers and internal teams on contractual issues
- Assist in risk mitigation and contract performance monitoring
