Project Management & Planning Operations Representative
As the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring budget integrity, and supporting project managers with financial guidance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing operational aspects and acting as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
- Compiling, reviewing, and analyzing project budgets and variances.
- Preparing financial plans, reports, and maintaining historical records.
- Entering and approving procurement requests, tracking spending, and reviewing invoices.
- Partnering with Finance and Capital teams to develop project budgets and capital documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Budgeting, Purchasing and/or Billing experience in commercial/industrial projects.
- Knowledge of facilities and construction projects.
Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or finance with 8 years of related experience.
- Experience with SAP systems.
- Knowledge of Capital planning.
- Good organizational/accounting skills.
- Excellent computing skills with MS Office.
- Ability to develop and present executive presentations.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt training.
Pay Information:
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
