Product & Services Contract Administrator

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee the administration, performance, and growth of our non-regulated products and services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, negotiations, renewals, amendments, and compliance.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, SLAs, performance, and issue resolution.
• Manage projects involving EV charging, outdoor/indoor lighting, rebates, and emerging energy solutions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with commercial, municipal, and institutional customers.
• Identify business development and revenue growth opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Customer Service.
• Ensure regulatory, procurement, safety, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or commercial contract management.
• Strong negotiation, financial, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and contract management systems; utility industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related business applications.
