This role will lead Women’s Care’s participation in community events, sponsor ships, health fairs and outreach opportunities throughout the state. The specialist will serve as a primary representative of Women’s Care in the community while building relationships with local organizations, businesses and strategic partners that create opportunities to connect prospective patients with our providers, locations and services.

The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, organized and self-directed, with a natural ability to connect with others and turn community engagement into measurable patient growth.

Identify community events, sponsor ships, health fairs and outreach opportunities that support brand awareness and patient acquisition goals.

Maintain an annual community engagement and events calendar aligned with Florida market priorities.

Evaluate opportunities based on audience fit, market needs, service-line priorities, patient capacity, cost and potential impact.

Serve as a primary Women’s Care representative at community events, health fairs, sponsor ships and outreach activities across Florida.

Coordinate event registrations, sponsor ships, materials, supplies, staffing and internal approvals while leading onsite execution and attendee engagement.

Educate attendees about Women’s Care locations, providers and services and connect interested individuals with scheduling resources.

Support promotion of priority providers, locations and service lines based on market needs and patient capacity.

Build and maintain relationships with employers, schools, nonprofits, wellness organizations, local businesses, healthcare organizations and other community partners.

Identify opportunities for educational programs, employer initiatives, community partnerships and local activations that support awareness and patient acquisition.

Coordinate opportunities for Women’s Care providers to participate in community events, educational programs and speaking engagements.

Partner with Marketing, Operations and regional leadership to align community engagement activities with market and patient growth priorities.

Maintain accurate records of events, partnerships, leads and follow-up activity.

Track attendance, leads, scheduled appointments, completed appointments, expenses and event performance.

Evaluate results and provide recommendations on which events and partnerships should continue, expand or be discontinued.

Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.

Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, healthcare administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Two or more years of experience in community engagement, outreach, field marketing, event marketing, business development, healthcare marketing or patient acquisition.

Strong interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships by phone, email and in person.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets, events and priorities.

Experience with CRM, project-management or activity-tracking platforms preferred.

Healthcare, women’s health or patient-acquisition experience preferred.
