Construction Integration Manager

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ + 10% Bonus

Location:

50% Remote + 50% Travel

This role is ideal for someone who understands how construction businesses actually operate and can combine that knowledge with process improvement, financial acumen, systems implementation, and acquisition integration. This person will ensure acquisitions run smoothly and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Integration Manager
  • Lead post-acquisition integration efforts for newly acquired roofing, construction, and related operating businesses
  • Conduct operational assessments to identify integration priorities, process gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with field leadership to understand existing business processes and develop practical integration plans
  • Coordinate across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership to standardize processes
  • Support operational and financial due diligence surrounding acquisition and integration activities
  • Assist with implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM, reporting, and other business systems
  • Develop standardized workflows, reporting structures, controls, and operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, compliance, and consistency across acquired businesses
  • Track integration milestones and ensure key initiatives remain on schedule
  • Travel directly to operating companies to support onboarding, training, system implementation, and change management
  • Provide leadership with updates regarding integration progress, challenges, and recommended solutions

As the Construction Integration Manager, this individual will serve as an important bridge between newly acquired businesses and corporate leadership.

Qualifications for the Construction Integration Manager
  • Experience with in construction, roofing, building services, specialty contracting, or a closely related industry required
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, multi-location transformations, or business integration initiatives
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and how field-based businesses operate
  • Background combining operations with finance, accounting, financial analysis, or business process improvement
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, financial reporting, or other enterprise business systems
  • Experience standardizing processes across multiple locations or operating businesses
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with field operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the month
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
