Construction Integration Manager

A rapidly expanding, private equity-backed construction platform is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to support its continued acquisition strategy. This role will be instrumental in integrating newly acquired construction and roofing companies into the broader organization while establishing scalable processes, systems, and operating standards.

The Construction Integration Manager will collaborate across Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Technology, and executive leadership to ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated while maintaining operational effectiveness.

This position is an excellent fit for someone who understands the realities of running a construction business and can combine operational knowledge with financial understanding, process improvement, technology, and integration expertise.

• Lead integration activities following acquisitions of roofing, construction, and related operating companies
• Assess newly acquired businesses to identify process gaps, operational risks, integration priorities, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with field leaders to understand existing workflows and establish practical integration strategies
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership to implement standardized processes
• Support operational and financial due diligence related to acquisitions and post-close integration
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of ERP, CRM, reporting, and other enterprise systems
• Establish standardized workflows, reporting processes, controls, and operating procedures across acquired businesses
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, visibility, and compliance throughout the organization
• Monitor integration timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on track
• Travel to operating locations to assist with onboarding, training, system implementation, and change management
• Communicate integration progress, risks, challenges, and recommended solutions to senior leadership

• Experience in construction, roofing, building services, specialty contracting, or a closely related industry required
• Experience with acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, multi-location transformations, or business integration initiatives
• Strong understanding of construction operations and field-based business environments
• Experience combining operational responsibilities with finance, accounting, financial analysis, or business process improvement
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, financial reporting, or other enterprise-level business systems
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes across multiple locations, entities, or operating companies
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work with Field Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

The ideal Construction Integration Manager is more than a traditional project manager or finance professional. This individual understands how construction and roofing businesses operate in the field, can quickly assess an acquired company's processes, and knows how to translate those findings into practical integration plans.

Candidates should be comfortable working across departments, navigating change, implementing systems and processes, and communicating with both field-level and executive stakeholders.

Construction, roofing, or related building-services industry experience is required.
