Product Manager, Revenue Marketing Delivery | Hilton Grand Vacations

Compensation: $50 - $75 per hour

Brooksource is hiring on behalf of Hilton Grand Vacations, a leading vacation ownership company, for a Product Manager to own delivery execution for Marketing Data initiatives including Customer Preferences, Identity Resolution, and Marketing's Web Properties.

This is a full-time opportunity to join a fast-paced Revenue Marketing organization where you'll translate approved strategy into prioritized backlogs and shipped increments. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders to define requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive successful release execution on high-visibility Mar Tech initiatives.

• Translate approved roadmap initiatives into detailed requirements and executable delivery plans
• Own and prioritize team backlogs; maintain sprint-ready work and define acceptance criteria
• Partner with architecture, UX, and engineering teams to define releases and oversee end-to-end product delivery
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies across Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and Analytics
• Facilitate requirement workshops, document decisions, and manage scope changes
• Coordinate release readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation
• Provide delivery status, risks, and readiness updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably with data platforms or Mar Tech
• Strong Mar Tech experience; familiarity with Twilio Segment and Databricks a plus
• Experience designing or building a customer data platform
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Strong agile/delivery discipline with backlog management and prioritization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable, incremental delivery
• Experience with Aha!, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops (nice to have)
• CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, or similar PM certification (nice to have)
• Experience managing multiple work streams in an enterprise-scale environment (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes (nice to have)
