Job Description:

  • Monitors project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Communicates regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Develops and maintains project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate resources and support project goals.
  • Conducts risk assessments and implements mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Manages budgets and financial resources, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Provides training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilizes project management tools and software to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Evaluates project outcomes and implements lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Coordinates project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Manages resource allocation and logistics to optimize efficiency and meet project requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus detailed concentrated effort to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary [Required]
  • Ability to organize and integrate department priorities and deadlines [Required]
  • Ability to establish and execute projects within budgets and planned time frames [Required]

  • preferably in a related field such as: business, health care, or engineering

Work Experience:

  • 1+ experience in an acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
  • 2+ experience in an acute care hospital setting [Required]
