Senior Manager, Value Creation
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000+ Bonus
Location:

- Lead strategic financial analyses, business cases, scenario planning, and value-creation initiatives
- Develop financial models to support growth investments, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements
- Partner with leadership across Operations, Product, Technology, and other business functions to drive key decisions
- Create tools, dashboards, and reporting that improve business performance visibility and decision-making
- Independently lead high-impact strategic projects from concept through execution
- Analyze business opportunities and provide recommendations to executive leadership
- Support long-term growth planning and strategic initiatives across the organization
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity Operations, or a related field
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial insights to strategic decisions
- Experience building business cases and evaluating growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
