The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs. They will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. They will hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. They will lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production, and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

They will prepare bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select and/or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university

• Experienced presenter to Program Management and Customer representative
• Experience with schedule, cost, and performance responsibilities
• Experience managing subcontracts through all phases — proposal, execution, and close out
• Strong ability to decompose and analyze supplier proposals
• Experience with LM Procure-2-Pay (P2P)/SAP
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contracting types
• Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
