DescriptionSummary:
The F&B Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receiving and processing of all Food & Beverage invoices for Rosen Hotels & Resorts' Leisure Properties, including Rosen Inn International, Rosen Inn, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, and Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. This role works closely with Cost Control, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and property leadership to ensure accurate purchasing, receiving, inventory management, pricing integrity, and timely vendor payments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Food & Beverage invoices are received and processed accurately and promptly.
- Create and process purchase orders for Food & Beverage items acquired outside the procurement system.
- Obtain and track invoices to ensure accurate receiving and timely vendor payment.
- Enter received products into the procurement system, ensuring pricing and quantities are accurate.
- Partner with Procurement to maintain product information and updates within the procurement system.
- Assist with shopping list maintenance in the procurement software.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to prevent duplicate invoice payments.
- Report and resolve back orders, shortages, and receiving discrepancies with vendors and Procurement.
- Track, process, and reconcile vendor credits.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of items in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/
Qualifications:
- Experience with procurement, inventory, receiving, or accounts payable processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with 10-key data entry and hospitality property management systems preferred.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
