Location: 100% On site Tallahassee, FL

Scope:

The advanced business analyst is a member of a full lifecycle agile development team. They will be expected to work across multiple business units to perform business and systems analysis activities and tasks. They will provide analysis and guidance for development team activities. They will work directly with subject matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly documented, work flowed, tested, and achieved.

They will be involved, and work in concert with other team members, to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions.

Scope:

The advanced business analyst is a member of a full lifecycle agile development team. They will be expected to work across multiple business units to perform business and systems analysis activities and tasks. They will provide analysis and guidance for development team activities. They will work directly with subject matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly documented, work flowed, tested, and achieved.

They will be involved, and work in concert with other team members, to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or other related field is required.

Experience:

• A minimum of five years of Business Process Analysts and systems analysis is required
• Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required.
• Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis is required
• Knowledge of data migration is required

• Experience working with Microsoft Dev Ops is highly desired
• Knowledge of change and release management
• Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques
• Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure Dev Ops to manage user requirements and backlogs

• Research and understand business processes and their inter-relationships
• Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them
• Research and document impacts on agency business systems
• Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units
• Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure Dev Ops and other tools
• Manage backlog and work items using Azure Dev Ops
• Coordinate with data migration and development teams
• Develop Test Plans and Test Cases
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts.
• Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards
