Product Manager - Product Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to support food and beverage and supply chain technology platforms. This role serves as a key partner to business and operations teams, building strong relationships to understand priorities and translate business needs into technology solutions. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, UX, project management, and other teams to align priorities and deliver value.

• Support the Lead Product Manager in the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the implementation of existing goals on the product roadmap for the food and beverage line of business.
• Gather, document, and champion requirements for new product features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including business, operations, finance, and engineering to align roadmaps and define requirements.
• Support new feature launches by coordinating with business, operations, training, and support teams.
• Facilitate continuous improvement by monitoring product performance and collecting end-user feedback.
• Gain a deep understanding of current systems and configurations to provide implementation direction.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: 5+ years in digital or technology roles in the supply chain industry, including at least 2 years working with technology initiatives and strategy. Must have deep supply chain experience through all aspects of the product lifecycle and experience working on solutions for technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Strong command of agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements. Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams.

• Specific experience with Food and Beverage Supply Chain ERPs (e.g., Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, CBORD).
• Experience with the implementation of demand/supply forecasting using AI/ML.
• Experience implementing Supply Chain Services / Integration Platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and support rapid prototyping.

The work schedule is subject to change but is structured as Monday–Thursday onsite and Friday remote.

The interview process will be virtual, with a minimum of two interview rounds.
