Working closely with executive leaders across Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain, you will help drive alignment, accelerate decision‑making, and champion innovative, seamless solutions that advance enterprise priorities.
This role requires the ability to navigate complexity, connect diverse stakeholders, influence outcomes, and lead meaningful change that strengthens business performance and enables organizational success.
This role will report to Guru Bandekar, VP, CPO & Enterprise Systems and Security. As a trusted advisor and impact multiplier, you will translate enterprise priorities into aligned decisions, compelling executive narratives, and disciplined execution across Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive strategic initiatives that create measurable business value.
This position requires the individual to be within commuting distance of Carrier Headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
- Drive leadership cadences, executive reviews, and decision governance to ensure priorities are aligned and executed effectively.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and decision support to advance strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate complex initiatives across Digital, Cyber, Supply Chain, and Procurement to remove barriers and accelerate results.
- Develop executive presentations, Board materials, leadership messaging, and strategic communications.
- Track key decisions, risks, and commitments to drive timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Manage high‑impact projects, organizational priorities, and business transformation efforts on behalf of executive leadership.
- Improve organizational alignment, meeting effectiveness, talent discussions, and leadership operating rhythms.
- Translate business, operational, and portfolio data into actionable recommendations that support executive decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of Experience in Strategy, Transformation and/or Program Management
- MBA or Equivalent Advanced Degree
- Experience with C‑Suite Executives
- Proven delivery of complex cross‑functional programs in a matrixed global organization
