Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Permit Administrator to support renovation and restoration projects by managing all aspects of the permitting process.
This role ensures projects remain compliant with local, state, and federal regulations while preventing delays through proactive coordination of applications, inspections, and approvals.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, submit, and track residential and commercial permit applications
- Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Schedule inspections and monitor approvals
- Maintain accurate permit and compliance documentation
- Communicate timelines and requirements with project managers and estimators
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- 2+ years of construction permitting or construction administration experience
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial renovation processes
- Familiarity with building codes and municipal permitting procedures
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
Primarily office-based role
Fast-paced environment supporting multiple active projects
