We are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator who wants more than just preparing bids — someone who wants to influence strategy, drive preconstruction decisions, and help scale a high-growth organization.

• Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for commercial electrical and general construction projects
• Evaluate and select bid opportunities alongside leadership
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project competitiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with project management to ensure successful project handoff

• Direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making

• 7–10+ years in electrical estimating (commercial preferred)
• Experience in preconstruction and bid strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Accubid and On-Screen Takeoff (preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

• Experience in general construction estimating
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
