Orlando Project Scheduler: P6 Expert, Car

A nationally recognized commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Scheduler to join its growing Orlando team. This role will support Business Development, Preconstruction, and Operations teams with the development, management, and reporting of project schedules across large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist operations and preconstruction teams with schedule development for proposals and active projects
• Analyze schedule updates and progress reports with project teams on a regular basis
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress and validate schedule performance
• Identify and troubleshoot schedule logic issues
• Create schedule-related reports and tracking tools for leadership and project teams
• Integrate procurement and purchasing activities into project schedules
• Support implementation and enforcement of scheduling standards and best practices
• Assist with schedule analysis related to claims, delays, and project impacts
• Provide mentorship and training related to scheduling software and procedures

• 3- 5+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience
• 3- 5+ years of commercial construction field and/or office experience
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, baseline planning, and constructability
• Ability to travel as needed for project support and schedule development
• Advanced computer and reporting skills

• Experience supporting large commercial construction projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills with field and office teams
