we recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on heavy civil, roadway or bridge projects. Applicants must be familiar with working from heights and/or manlifts and be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.
essential functions- must work with the general superintendent to ensure the schedule is met.
- must be able to manage all aspects of earthwork, including mass grade and finish grade.
- complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily production, cost, safety, organization, labor, and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management.
- reviews estimates and understands costs and production, and schedules before starting.
- responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily work for various construction trade crews.
- ensure construction per plan requirements.
- maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.
- understand and comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as osha regulations.
- assists with loading and unloading trucks & deliveries.

this position has supervisory responsibilities.
work environmentthis is a field based role. The employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
physical demandsthe position lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for long periods of time and performs physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi‑limb coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.
positiontype / expected hours of work
full‑time. The position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.
travelthe role requires no travel.
required education and experience- 3-5 years of construction foreman experience.
- must adhere to osha safety protocol and work in a drug‑free environment.
- construction industry experience preferred.
- takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
