This is a local, in‑office position only, working closely with project managers, builders, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do- Prepare accurate electrical estimates for residential new construction projects
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Perform takeoffs and develop competitive pricing
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and internal teams
- Track revisions, change orders, and bid updates
- Support pre‑construction planning and budgeting efforts
- Experience as an Electrical Estimator (new construction strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and local codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and team‑focused mindset
- Experience with estimating software is a plus
