The Estimator will handle estimating, pre-construction, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations for various commercial and government projects. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, along with at least 3 years of related experience.
Responsibilities include managing bid packages, cost control, client relations, and subcontractor management. Applicants should also be proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
